For nearly a decade, Tierney has supported families in cultivating healthier habits, meaningful routines, and more balanced lives. With academic backgrounds in Human Services and Public Administration, her passion lies in empowering others to thrive—from the inside out.
Beyond her role as a coach, Tierney is a seasoned intuitive guide and teacher of divination, offering heartfelt classes and one-on-one sessions that foster insight, healing, and spiritual growth.
She lives with her partner, Connor, on their farm in the peaceful countryside of Woodhull, New York—a labor of love where they’ve spent the last three years cultivating the land, growing medicinal herbs, and caring for their animal companions. Every ingredient used in their offerings is planted, harvested, and prepared by Tierney herself, ensuring purity, intention, and a reverent relationship with the earth.
Herbalism is more than a practice for Tierney—it’s a calling. Yadira
Yadira is a highly experienced curandera who carries the medicine of Colombian land spirits and ancestral traditions. With more than a decade of professional experience and a lifetime immersed in spiritual connection, she bridges mental health practices with the sacred art of curanderismo—offering a truly holistic approach to healing.
As a licensed mental health counselor, Yadira specializes in working with survivors of domestic violence and individuals facing complex emotional challenges. She creates spaces of radical compassion, safety, and inclusivity—where deep transformation and shadow integration can unfold.
Her work goes beyond conventional therapy. Yadira is also a medium, spiritual fiction writer, artist, and herbalist, with a practice deeply rooted in ritual and spellwork. Guided by trees, land spirits, and ancestral voices, she honors the restorative magic of nature as a central force in emotional and spiritual well-being.
Through private consultations, ceremonial facilitation, and community offerings, Yadira helps others reconnect with their inner landscapes and with the sacred earth that holds us all. Her path is one of remembrance, reciprocity, and radical healing.
