Channeling Through Wordplay
Everyday is a gift. ⠀
⠀
It’s true, and yes it is that simple. In understanding the concept of time we understand time does not lead into itself. Each second is its own. Just as you now does not become you later. You change, the person who came in the door is not the one who sits before me as they are not the person who will exit the door either. We are all a constant flux. ⠀
⠀
In understanding the art of living in the moment or the “now” as explained by Eckhart Tolle we can better understand Alan Watts when he says “So long as you’re in the present there are no problems, the problems exists only when you allow precense to amalgamate.” ⠀
⠀
But how do we live and stay in the present moment? ⠀
⠀
It is much easier than one thinks, by offering yourself a chance to feel the true sensation of the Self or that Atman and understanding the oneness and connection to the Brahman or the Absolute you are able to understand the world and the way you perceive it with much more ease. ⠀
⠀
For me it is the act of creating that allows these things to flow through me, for you it could be as simple as being present with your Self or Atman through self care. Here at Big Breath Wellness we understand that caring for your self and understanding that your body is far more than just a vessel caring you around is critical for your connectedness to the Earth around you. Your Self is in fact a divine mechanism for the Brahman which flows through you continuously. ⠀
⠀
May you honor the Self today, may you honor your Oneness. ⠀
