We provide refunds as well as rescheduling options when sessions are cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. No shows will not be provided with those options as much preparation goes into each session prior to meeting with you.

We provide thirteen day shipping process. You may get it sooner but do be aware aside from our jewelry pieces all other products are made on our land personally for you upon ordering and can take time. We do not prescribe to the rush of capitalism and welcome buyers who enjoy the quality of our products.

Please bring clothing to change into after your session as you may get wet, drenched, and covered in herbs during the Limpia process.
